From what order value is shipping free?

Shipping is free in Austria and Germany for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.90 for both countries.

How long does delivery take?

In Austria and Germany, the delivery time is 1-4 working days after receipt of payment.
International deliveries take 2-5 working days depending on the destination country.

Which countries does fungoVITAL deliver to?

We deliver to 18 European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Czech Republic and Hungary.

What are the shipping costs for other countries?

For all other European countries, shipping costs are €15, free shipping for orders over €100 (except Switzerland).

Which shipping partner is used?

In Austria, shipping is handled by Austrian Post AG. For Germany and other international deliveries, DHL takes care of the delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number after shipment.
Austrian shipments are tracked via Austrian Post, international shipments via DHL.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard with 3D-Secure), prepayment/bank transfer, Klarna or instant bank transfer.

Can I also order by phone?

Yes, you can order directly through the online shop, by email, or by phone. Our team will be happy to take your order.
Orders placed by phone or email are payable in advance.
